COLLECTION DEPOTS
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Deliveries are organized by delivery point, not on a client-by-client basis. To place an order or receive goods from Aristeu, you must be connected to a depot or another delivery point.
Delivery points may include depots linked to housing or vegetable cooperatives, depots connected to purchasing groups, community-run shops, or residential apartments (for large shared flats or groups of friends).
The time window for retrieving your products will be announced by email shortly after the order cycle closes. You will also receive a reminder the week before delivery and another when the goods arrive at the depot. You then have 24–48 hours (or more, according to the depot’s management flexibility) to collect them, similar to most vegetable subscriptions.
If no depot is suitable for you, you can contact Aristeu to find a workable option.
ACTIVE DEPOTS
Aristéu delivers food to depots linked to purchasing groups, Gemüse- and Wohngenossenschaften, or large WGs.
You can contact Aristéu to know where to get your goods, or to add a depot to the list. Make sure to have access to an active depot before placing your order!

For now this will be the only option, if you would like to have the possibility to twint the money, please send Aristeu a feedback. I might try to implement the option in the future if it is popular.
packaging
Food portions are packaged directly by the farmers. When they have developed their own brand and packaging, this is kept by Aristeu.
In other cases, simple, lightweight packaging is used to ease the farmers’ workload, reduce costs, and simplify transport. For this reason, with the exception of saffron, products in glass containers are excluded from deliveries.
Aristeu may add extra wrapping when needed, either to ease transport or to prevent gluten contamination (for bread).
Products are delivered in sealed cardboard boxes, marked with your name, to the depots. Please return your box if you can, so it may be reused for your next order or replaced if necessary. This system is still in trial, and the delivery boxes may change in the future to allow for greater reusability.
